We are proud to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders shipped to the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements to qualify for free shipping.

**2. Processing Time**
* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. 
* Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

**3. Delivery Estimates**

* **Shipping Method:** Standard Secured Shipping (with tracking)
* **Estimated Delivery Time:** 7 to 12 business days

* The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to follow your necklace's journey directly to your doorstep.

* Unique Necklace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

* If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
